Training costs :
Generally speaking, the cost of your training will depend on the type of helicopter you choose to complete your flight hours.
On Robinson R22, our Private Pilot (PPL) training programs start at 29,350$.
The Commercial Pilot (CPL) training price is 62,070$.
These amounts include all your training expenses, including administrative costs (licensing, medical certificate, examination fees).

Payment terms :
Upon signing the estimate, the student deposits a first deposit of $ 4,000. This deposit will be used to finance the teaching material that we will provide to him upon arrival, as well as his first hours of theoretical and practical courses. For foreign nationals, this deposit will also allow us to issue a letter of acceptance to the school, necessary at the request of Study Permit (CAQ) which will constitute your visa.
From the beginning of the training, this deposit will have to be increased to about $ 10,000, which will then be gradually used to pay for instructional hours. Then, the student is encouraged to deposit money into the accounts of Helicraft in increments of $ 2,000, $ 5,000 or other. These floating deposits will be gradually debited each week depending on the number of hours of instruction on the ground or in flight.
Every Friday, the accounting department sends a statement of account by e-mail to the student. Financing and tax credit:
For Canadian students or permanent residents, financing solutions exist with the Desjardins financial institution. Access to MERSS financial assistance is also possible.
For foreign students, since Hélicraft is an institution approved by the Quebec Education Ministry, student loans can be granted to you with local institutions in a more affluent way. If you need support in your endeavors, we will be able to assist you.

Health insurance
Hélicraft manages a liability insurance for its students, which covers them completely during their training sessions.
