YOUR TRAINING

International and operational skills

Helicraft offers a complete and international training allowing to work everywhere in North America.

Our Professional helicopter pilot Program (EWA.1E) will lead you to obtaining the Canadian Commercial Helicopter Pilot License while preparing you for the United States (FAA) license.

The theoretical program was developed in partnership with Canadian companies, and goes beyond pilot skills. It includes a specialization in flight operations, which will give you new skills sought after by Canadian helicopter companies.

The Professional helicopter pilot Program is an Attestation of College Studies (A.E.C.) of Professional helicopter pilot. It is one of the programs certified by the Quebec Ministry of Higher Education under the reference EWA.1E.

For foreign students, this Attestation of College Studies is a diploma facilitating the obtaining of a permanent resident visa. In addition, you will be eligible to visas allowing you to stay in Canada up to 24 months.

Reminder: Transports Canada licenses represent a professional practice standard, and students are required to obtain their licenses (e.g. CPL) in order to work as pilots. In other words, graduate the A.E.C. diploma does not automatically grant the student the right to fly. They must successfully pass all exams, whether administered by Helicraft or by Transports Canada.
