2014
Hélicraft has been acquired by Services Helicocorp INC. and has regained its independence while maintaining close ties with Quebec’s leading operators. With 45 years of experience, Hélicraft has firmly established itself as Quebec’s premier training center, featuring a new team, a new training philosophy, and a refreshed brand image.
2016
Hélicraft has obtained certification as a private educational institution and has become the first school accredited by Quebec’s Ministry of Higher Education. It has also become the first school in Quebec to offer the Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in Professional Helicopter Piloting, with the aim of deepening young pilots’ knowledge and enhancing their employability.
2024
We are opening our second base in Magog, in partnership with the AERIA complex. This expansion allows us to offer a new range of commercial sightseeing flights in the Estrie region.
The flight school is expanding with this new base, and we now offer flight training to clients in Eastern Quebec.
The A.E.C. program is expanding, increasing from 705 hours to 915 hours of training.
