Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL-H)
The airline transport pilot license (ATPL-H) is available to experienced pilots who wish to enhance their profession with new skills. Obtaining this license allows you to fly all types of helicopters and perform all types of flights.
Line piloting is the type of helicopter flying that most closely resembles conventional air transport, as it mainly involves transporting passengers at regular times and on larger aircraft. This license must be accompanied by an instrument flight rating (IFR) and a night flight rating.

- Minimum age 21
- Category 1 aeronautical medical certificate
- Have night flying qualifications and instrument flight qualifications (IFR)
- Have logged a minimum of 1,000 flight hours, including 600 hours on helicopters,
- 250 hours as captain
- 200 hours of flight time
- 50 hours as captain on night flights
- 30 hours of instrument flight time
- Have passed the HARON and HAMRA written exams
- Average duration: 2 to 6 weeks
- Theoretical courses: depending on the candidate's experience
