BUILD A CAREER

The Career+ Launchpad offers you your first job as a helicopter pilot as soon as you obtain your commercial pilot’s license.

Once you’ve been selected, you’ll work in a familiar environment with the team that trained you.

It's the perfect first job!

You will fly operational flights, which will allow you to accumulate the minimum flight hours required to obtain both U.S. (FAA) and European (EASA) licenses within one year.

Only applicants to the Professional Helicopter Pilot Program (A.E.C. EWA.1E) are eligible for the Career Springboard+ program.

Each year, we select 8 to 10 candidates from among them who will log an average of 100 to 150 flight hours as captain.

Recruitment is based on qualifications: we assess your skills both on the ground and in the air. Your flight skills are validated by passing the PPC (Pilot Proficiency Check), which is mandatory for all commercial pilots in Canada.
