It was a childhood dream! I’ve been passionate about aviation since I was very young—first fixed-wing aircraft, then helicopters came along later. These machines fascinated me! But all my life I thought they were only for the elite, so I turned to more affordable pursuits (in my opinion). After my early years in the military, I built a career in electronic security systems, starting at the bottom and eventually becoming a business owner. Finally, as I approached 40, a series of events made me realize that I could become a commercial helicopter pilot. So without hesitation, I left everything I had built in France behind to come fulfill this dream and start this new career in Quebec!
Without a doubt, my first flight at flight school—that’s what made this dream a reality!
